Pan Fried Maple Sweet Potatoes

  • 4-5 cups Sweet Potatoes diced into 1/2" cubes
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt


  • In a large skillet, add the vegetable oil and butter to the pan. Over medium heat melt the butter, and heat the oil slightly. 
  • Add all of the diced sweet potato and stir well to fully coat with the butter and oil. 
  • Sauté sweet potato until browned and cooked fully. Around 20-25 minutes. 
  • Drizzle with Maple Syrup and salt, stir well and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
