Classic Guacamole

The best staple guacamole to serve with...everything!

Ingredients

  • 3 Avocados
  • ½ cup Red Onion finely diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup Tomatoes finely diced
  • 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley or 1 TBSP fresh
  • 1 tsp Dried Onion Flakes
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, mash the Avocados.
  • Add red onion, garlic, tomatoes, lime juice, paprika, parsley, onion flakes, and salt & pepper. Stir well to combine.
  • Cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours before serving.

Notes

Keep guacamole tightly covered in the fridge for up to 3 days. Stir before serving.
