In a large fry pan, over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef. Drain the excess fat from the ground beef once it is fully cooked and return the ground beef to the pan.
Into the fry pan, add the red onion, ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, cumin, red pepper flakes, and salt. Stir to combine with the ground beef. Cook over medium heat for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Pizza
Prepare one Perfect Pizza Crust and Pizza Marinara Sauce.
Preheat oven to 475°F, and lightly oil a large pizza pan and dust with ½ teaspoon corn meal.
Place rolled pizza crust onto the prepared pan and press the dough out to the edges.
Brush the edges of the crust with 1 teaspoon of olive oil and sprinkle sesame seeds around the edge of the crust. (see above picture)
Evenly spread on the prepared pizza marinara sauce.
Scoop on the hamburger filling, and spread evenly across the crust. Top with parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, and bacon.
Bake for 14-16 minutes
Top with sliced pickles, if desired, before slicing and serving.
