1cupButter
½cupGranulated Sugar
½cupLight Brown Sugar
1teaspoonPure Vanilla Extract
½cupWhite Chocolate Chips
½cupMilk Chocolate Chips
¾cupCrushed Honey Graham Crackersfor topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a standard size baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread out graham crackers in a single layer on the parchment lined baking sheet.
In a small saucepan add the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Place mixture over medium heat, whisking constantly bring the mixture to a boil. Once the mixture is boiling, stop stirring and let it boil for 2 minutes. Then remove the mixture from the heat.
Pour caramel mixture over the graham crackers and spread out with a spatula in an even layer.
Bake for 5 minutes, then sprinkle the chocolate chips over the entire pan. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 4 minutes.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle on the crushed graham crackers and let cool entirely on the pan.
Once the crackers have cooled, break apart the crackers and serve.
