To make the hot chocolate

  • 2 cups Milk of choice
  • 2 cups Water

  • Irish Cream optional

  • In a large bowl sift together the powdered milk, icing sugar, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, vanilla sugar, and stir in the milk chocolate chips. Stir to combine.
  • Package dry mixture in a mason jar, and affix with label. Then you can give it as a gift to your friends and family!

To make the hot chocolate

  • In a medium sized saucepan add the milk, water, and 1 batch of dry mix. Whisk to combine and bring hot chocolate to a simmer. Continue to stir so the chocolate chips don't stick to the bottom of the saucepan.
  • Portion into serving glasses, top with marshmallows, whip cream, or Irish cream and serve.
