Greek yogurt can be substituted for
vanilla yogurt or sour cream (double the maple syrup if you use sour cream).
Natural peanut butter can be substituted for
regular peanut butter, almond butter, or any other nut butter.
Maple syrup can be substituted for
honey, brown sugar, monkfruit sugar or stevia.
To prevent apple slices from browning
, soak them in a bowl of cold water with a splash of lemon juice for 5 minutes before serving.
Store leftovers
in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy within 3 days.
Optional Add-Ins:
try adding
pumpkin pie spice
, cinnamon, Nutella or mini chocolate chips for a fun treat!
