whole head Garlic

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Peel cloves of garlic, and place in a piece of aluminum foil (approx. 8”x8” piece of foil)
Pour the extra virgin olive oil on the garlic cloves and season generously with salt and pepper.
Gather corners of foil and bunch together creating a little package.
Place package in an oven safe dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Remove dish from oven and let cool completely.
Mash or use the roasted garlic cloves whole!
