Feta Cheese

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl add ground turkey, feta cheese, red onion, spinach, garlic, dried oregano, egg, and breadcrumbs.
Combine well, I like to use my hands to combine all of the ingredients, but a spatula will work too.
Separate the mixture into 4 equally sized balls. Press out into the shape of burger patties, keeping the patties around ¾” thick.
Place on parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes before grilling.
Heat the grill to 400 F.
Grill turkey burger patties for 15-20 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes until completely cooked and no pink remains.
Turn off the grill, place sliced havarti over top of the patties and close the lid to let the cheese melt. About 2 minutes.
Serve immediately.
