In a small bowl add the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, brown sugar, scallions, and sesame oil.
Using a small whisk or a spoon, whisk or stir to fully combine all of the ingredients. Cover the sauce and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Can't find sweet chili sauce in the grocery store? Make it at home!
Adjust the level of spice by either adding more or less sriracha. For more spice add ½-1 tablespoons; for less spicy reduce the amount to ½ tablespoon.
Brown sugar may be substituted for maple syrup or white sugar.
To make this sauce vegan, use vegan mayo and make sure that your sweet chili sauce doesn't have fish or oyster sauce in it.
Store leftover sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
