This homemade Big Mac Sauce Recipe is a creamy, tangy copycat sauce that tastes just like the iconic fast-food version, and it takes less than 5 minutes to make!
In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, ketchup, diced dill pickles, pickle juice, sugar, yellow mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and mustard powder. Using a spatula, stir the sauce until fully blended and smooth.
Cover and store big mac sauce in the refrigerator until ready to use or up to 5 days.
Notes
Dice the pickles very finely. Or you can substitute the pickles for ¼ cup prepared relish. If using relish, omit pickles, pickle juice, and sugar.
Use real mayonnaise for the creamiest, richest texture and flavor.
Use light mayonnaise for a lighter calorie version.
Let the sauce chill for 30 minutes covered before serving to allow the flavors to fully incorporate.
Store leftover sauce in an airtight jar or container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Do not freeze this sauce. Mayonnaise based sauces separate when frozen.
