Camembert, Fig, Roasted Garlic and Arugula Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 14" pizza crust
- ½ cup Fig Preserves
- 200 g Camembert Cheese cubed
- 1 ½ cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 1 head Roasted Garlic
- 5-6 pieces Bacon cooked and chopped
- 2-3 Green Onions finely diced
- Handful of Arugula
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F
- Roll out one 14" pizza crust and place it onto a pizza pan or stone.
- Using a spatula, spread the fig preserves onto the pizza crust.
- Layer on the camembert, mozzarella, roasted garlic, bacon, and green onions. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until the pizza crust is golden brown.
- Remove the pizza from the oven, slice it, and serve immediately.
