This easy sriracha aioli is a creamy, spicy sauce made with mayonnaise, garlic, sriracha and spices. It is perfect for dipping, spreading, or drizzling.
In a small mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, sriracha hot sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, chili powder, oregano and salt and pepper. With a spoon, stir all of the ingredients together until completely blended. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
Notes
Any kind of mayonnaise, even plant-based mayo can be used for this recipe.
To make this sriracha aioli with lime, use lime juice instead of rice vinegar.
The aioli can be served fresh or chilled. Chilling the aioli for at least 30 minutes before serving will give the flavors time to meld together.
If the aioli is too spicy, mellow the heat with a dash more acid (rice vinegar or lime juice) instead of mayonnaise.
If you are worried about the spice level, add the sriracha gradually and taste it as you go!
Storage - Store leftovers in a jar or an airtight container for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
