Prepared Salmon Fillets

Spicy Mayo

Instructions
Preparing the Spicy Mayo
In a small mixing bowl combine the kewpie mayo and the sriracha. Stir together. Set aside.
Preparing the Sushi Bowls
In the bottom of a shallow bowl, fill with ½ -¾ cup of
sushi rice
.
Add one fillet of salmon on top of the rice.
Layer on the rest of the fruits and vegetables.
Top with black sesame seeds and drizzle with spicy mayo.
Serve with nori sheets on the side.
Notes
- To easily distribute the spicy mayo onto the bowls, transfer the spicy mayo to a small
zip top bag
and snip off one of the bottom corners.
