How To Make Hot Buttered Rum Cocktails
To prepare the mixture, in a medium sized mixing bowl combine the brown sugar, butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ground cloves, and kosher salt.

Using a hand mixer, beat on medium speed until all of the ingredients are fully incorporated and combined. This will take about 3-4 minutes.
Transfer the hot buttered rum mixture to a serving bowl or an airtight container.

To make the Hot Buttered Rum Cocktail
In a regular sized mug add 1 ½-2 Tablespoons of the mixture and 1 oz of spiced rum.


Pour enough boiling hot water on top to fill the cup and stir until the mixture is fully dissolved.
