Opting to forgo the fancy drinks and settle on plain old homemade coffee. But, it doesn’t have to be this way! Bring the specialty coffee shop drinks straight to your kitchen with this Maple Vanilla Coffee Syrup and enjoy coffee shop quality drinks in the comfort of your own home!
Maple Vanilla Coffee Syrup is ridiculously easy to whip up at home, you only need FOUR ingredients and one of them is water…
I also have to add that this coffee syrup can be added to ANY drink, not just coffee, try it in your favorite cocktail, smoothie, or even poured over vanilla ice cream!

Let’s make Maple Vanilla Coffee Syrup
Ok, prepare yourself… This is about to be the easiest recipe that you have ever made.
First, combine all of the ingredients in a small saucepan.
Now, over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, heat the syrup until all of the sugar granules have dissolved.
Stop stirring, and bring the mixture to a boil. Let the coffee syrup boil for 2 minutes annnnd your done.
That’s IT!! SO EASY, right?!
Store the maple vanilla coffee syrup in a glass container that is tightly covered with a lid or plastic wrap.
It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
Before using the coffee syrup, gently swirl it in the container before adding it to your beverage.
Alright, let’s talk about the newest trend that is taking the internet my storm right now, Dalgona Coffee!
Dalgona Coffee is an iced coffee drink that is TO DIE FOR and I bet you know where I am already going with this but… I added the Maple Vanilla Coffee Syrup to a Dalgona Coffee, to basically make heaven in a coffee cup.
It is equally as easy to make, but it does require a little elbow grease if you don’t have an electric mixer.
How to make Dalgona Coffee
Note- this makes a single coffee. So double, triple, quadruple the recipe as needed.
To make the Dalgona coffee, you need equal parts:
- Instant Coffee
- White Sugar
- Hot Water
And you will also need:
- Ice Cubes
- Milk (of choice)
To make a single dalonga coffee, in a small bowl combine 1 Tablespoon of each instant coffee, sugar, and hot water.
Now, preferably with an electric mixer or an electric whisk, whisk the mixture on high. Mix for 6 minutes until it is fluffy and smooth, it will be the consistency of meringue when it is ready. If you don’t have an electric mixer, a regular whisk will work. It will just take some serious elbow grease and a couple extra minutes of whisking.
Fill a large glass with ice and fill ¾ of the way with milk of choice, I use almond milk and it is delicious!
Spoon the whipped coffee mixture onto the top of the milk, and serve. Add some of the Maple Vanilla Coffee Syrup for an extra special treat! Stir the iced coffee drink with a straw or a spoon before enjoying to incorporate all of the whipped coffee goodness!

- 1 cup Water
- ¼ cup Granulated Sugar
- ¼ cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
